2025 NCWC Membership Form
The updated NCWC Membership Application form is in an online-only format that can either be accessed from a traditional desktop computer or via smartphone. While we will have posters with QR codes available to direct you to the website at our events, it is much more efficient to complete your membership application ahead of time, as Commander Approval is still a requirement.
While we are no longer accepting paper forms, you can still pay for membership dues with either cash or a personal check. Please email the Membership Coordinator if you would like to mail a check via USPS (please do not send cash in the mail). Cash and checks will also be accepted at Winter Quarters, Cheadle Lake, Antique Powerland, and Clatsop County.
