~ On behalf of the board. The NCWC is looking to add an official Quartermaster position. Do we have any volunteers to store, maintain, and haul the gear per request to events. Gear includes: sound system (4 speakers, 2 towers, control panel and bin with microphones and cords), crowd control poles and ropes, and signage as well as the community fly and poles- there maybe some other misc. as well. Contact Zane Healy if you're interested.
~Cavalry has their own battalion now as of January 2025!

~ We had a fantastic turn out of volunteers at Powerland's Steam Up, and the Clatsop Fair. Our many thanks to those who participated and made that happen. ~Yelm, WA is quickly approaching, Join us for the final battle event of the season!
~Club Elections are coming up this fall/winter. Find out how what the different positions on the board does, and consider getting involved by volunteering, or running in the election. Nominations are due by September 15th, 2026. Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Coordinator, Civilian Advocate, Union, Confederate, Artillery and Cavalry Battalion leaders are all up for nomination and vote! ~September 20, 2025: Living History at the Oregon Military Museum. Life of the Union Soldier in the Civil War. All Union impressions are invited. No Confederates, due to being an active military post there are Department of Defense (DOD) decision/restriction. Civilians are also welcome.
