NCWC Laws 4th edition index revised
NEW INTERIM INDEX TO NCWC LAWS, 4th ed.
July 2017
This “3d Interim” updated index is substantially correct as to main 4th Edition documents and sections referenced. A 5th edition of the complete LAWS is in-process.
Where this index may not reflect recent changes:
— the newest Safety Rules (*R.VII, from the Safety Committee) have not yet been re-indexed.
— some recent board motions affecting rules have not been added.

All Participants in Equine Activities
Equine Activity Release
If you intend to ride, drive, groom, ride as a passenger upon an equine, or ride as a passenger in a horse-drawn vehicle at a NCWC-sponsored event, you are defined under Oregon law as a "participant in an equine activity" and must sign this release.
