The NCWC has sanctioned this event as an joint event for our members to attend in order to not only add another event to our schedule, but to also add some diversity to our locations, and give us the chance not only to support but to also build a working relationship with our neighboring club to the north. We have a reciprocal agreement with them that their members can come south to play with us, and we can also go north to play with them. Please be aware that each club has a similar yet different set of rules, so please be respectful when playing in the other clubs territory. Coordinate with your unit and commander to arrange a plan for your attendance.
This site is beautiful, and is only as far from the valley as Clatsop is. The site consists of an oak grove to camp in for shade, and a gently rolling battlefield with lots of terrain to utilize.
